911 Call was 6:28 from Pitt County Sheriff, but on my phone the call was 7:08. Dispatcher hung up but said that the caller disconnected, which you can clearly see, that's not true.
All the sound recordings were cut, not sure if anything was cut out. Dispatch tells Justin M Maness that there was a man in my vehicle that I did not know and the we were arguing and dogs were attacking him. Justin M Maness was aware of the situation and the call from Pitt county Sheriff.
